PERSONAL GUARANTEE
The undersigned, jointly, and severally, request that Metal Exteriors LLC, hereinafter called ME, extend credit to or otherwise do business with,
Your Company Name
Hereinafter called the Company. In consideration thereof, the undersigned, jointly, and severally, unconditionally guarantees to ME that the company will fully and promptly pay and perform all of its present and future obligations to ME; and agree without ME first having to proceed against the Company, to pay on demand all sums due to ME from the Company and all losses, cost, attorney fees, or expenses suffered by ME, by reason of the Company’s default or default of any of the undersigned hereunder: and agree to be bound by and on demand to pay any deficiency established by the sale of any security held, with or without notice to the undersigned. This Guarantee is an unconditional guarantee of payment and performance. This Guarantee shall continue in perpetuity and shall apply to and cover all indebtedness of the Company to ME now existing on hereafter incurred in the future.

The undersigned, or any one of them, may give to ME written notice that the undersigned will not be liable here under any indebtedness created, incurred or rising after the giving of such notice; but the obligation of all of the under-signed who shall not have given notice shall, as to all indebtedness created, incurred or arising after the giving of such notice, remain and continue as if such Guarantors had been the only Guarantors signing this instrument. The notice above for shall not be considered as given until actually received and acknowledged in writing by an officer of ME.

This guarantee shall bind the heirs, administrators, representatives, successors and assigns of the undersigned, jointly, and severally, shall inure to ME, it’s successors and assigns, including but not limited to any party whom ME may assign any item or items of paper. The undersigned hereby waive notice of any such assignment. All of the rights of ME created hereunder and pursuant to Ohio law are hereby cumulative and not in the alternative.

The undersigned have executed this Guarantee as of the date written with their signature.
